3.Thermoforming
Using advanced molds, the plastic sheets are heated and vacuum-formed into cup shapes. Our polished molds and precise temperature management create cups with smooth surfaces, uniform wall thickness, and accurate sizing.
4.Trimming & Rim Rolling
Excess material is cleanly trimmed, and the cup rims are smoothly rolled in a single step. This creates a burr-free, comfortable edge for drinking and ensures a perfect, leak-proof seal with lids.
5.Custom Printing
Your logo is printed using food-safe inks and mature printing craftsmanship. This ensures the patterns are vibrant, scratch-resistant, and won't fade, making your brand stand out on the shelf.

Q: What printing processes are available for plastic cups, and what are their advantages?
A: We primarily offer Silk Screen and Offset Printing.
Silk Screen: Ideal for simple, solid-color logos with low setup costs and high scratch resistance.
Offset Printing: Best for smoother, finer patterns (1–2 colors) on PET/PP sheets before thermoforming.
Note: Complex multi-color gradients are not recommended, as they may reduce pattern clarity and increase costs.
Q: What are the costs and lead times for blank vs. custom printed samples?
A: Blank samples (1–2 pcs) are free; you only cover the courier freight. Custom printed samples require a plate/tooling fee and typically take 5–7 working days to produce, as they must go through the full printing and forming process based on your artwork.
Q: How do you prevent plastic cups from compression deformation during sea freight?
A: We use stackable bulk packing with reinforced cartons. For long ocean transits with multiple transfers, we can upgrade the packaging specifications to minimize squeezing risks. We will tailor the packing solution to your specific shipping method and destination.
Q: Is there a risk of ink migration for printed cups holding oily or acidic beverages?
A: No. We use food-safe inks specifically formulated for PET and PP substrates. Since printing is done on the outer surface, the risk of ink migration is extremely low and fully compliant with EU 10/2011 and FDA standards. (Note: Inner-wall printing is strictly not recommended for food contact).
Q: Do you provide private label options for outer cartons?
A: Yes. We offer custom printed export cartons featuring your logo and specifications. Please note that an extra MOQ and lead time will apply for the carton artwork and printing process.
Q: Can you arrange third-party lab testing for food contact compliance?
A: Yes. We can arrange third-party testing according to EU 10/2011 or FDA standards at your cost. Additionally, we provide our internal Declaration of Compliance (DoC) free of charge for your immediate reference.
Q: Can I mix multiple cup sizes or styles within one trial order?
A: Yes, mixed trial orders are acceptable. However, please note:
Each item must still meet its individual MOQ.
We will adjust the pallet layout to separate different types and avoid mixing during transit.
