Detailed Description
Our 150mm plastic lids are injection molded with premium food-grade PP material. Specially designed for paper bowls with 150mm caliber. The edge fits tightly with bowl rim to reduce spillage during delivery. PP material owns stable heat resistance, applicable for both cold and warm food. We provide multiple common colors. Custom logo printing is not supported on this lid. Please contact our sales team to check available color options.

Q: Can you send samples for testing?
A: Samples are free, you only need to bear the courier freight.
Q: What is the weight per single lid? What is the weight deviation control for the whole batch?
A: The weight of one 150mm PP lid is about 3.0g. Single piece weight tolerance is controlled within ±0.1g, and the overall batch deviation is within ±1%, ensuring high consistency.
Q: Do you support fitting test, transportation simulation test and leak-proof test? Can you provide test videos or reports?
A: Yes. We can carry out actual fitting test, simulated transportation vibration test and leak resistance test for the lids and bowls/cups. We have existing test videos for reference. If you need formal test reports, we can arrange third-party testing upon your request
Q: What if lids are deformed, cracked or ill-fitting?
A: Provide photos/videos within 3 days after receipt. We will resend or compensate in next order.
Q: What if quantity is short?
A: We will double-check the finished quantity with the factory before shipment and update the PI accordingly.
