In 2025, the new factory of Wuhan XinYongan Paper & Plastic Co., Ltd. was officially completed and put into operation. Covering an area of over 50,000 square meters, this modern smart factory marks a significant upgrade in the company's production capacity and service capability in the field of high-quality beverage packaging.
Established in 2011, XinYongan has always been dedicated to providing one-stop solutions for high-quality beverage packaging. Since the new factory went into operation, the company now employs more than 200 staff and operates over 200 production lines, including printing machines, forming machines, die-cutting machines, injection molding machines and blow molding machines. The product portfolio covers a full range of packaging items - paper cups, paper bowls, plastic cups, beverage cans, lids, straws and paper bags - meeting the diverse needs of the global foodservice, coffee & tea, quick-service restaurant (QSR) and retail industries.
Built to modern and intelligent standards, the new factory is fully equipped with an office building, production workshops and a sample showroom. The workshops feature internationally advanced offset and flexographic printing equipment as well as automated production lines, with clean epoxy-coated floors. Strictly adhering to the ISO quality management system and international food safety standards (e.g., FDA), the company ensures that every product is safe, reliable and export-compliant.
Backed by a strong production and quality system, XinYongan has obtained multiple international certifications, including ISO, BSCI, BRC and FSC, and has passed stringent inspections such as SGS food-grade testing and PFAS residue-free testing, satisfying the customized requirements of customers across different markets. The company also has a professional design team that offers flexible customization services - from product specifications and printed designs to branded packaging - helping build customers' brand identity.
